John became a licensed Realtor in Virginia at the age of 18, pursuing his Broker’s license a few years later. John has been a licensed Broker in Virginia for over 30 years. His entire Broker career has been with Investors Land Company, as a family owned business in which he specialize in Residential, Commercial, 1031 exchanges, and title insurance. John’s parents started this company over 50 years ago and he, along with Beverly Carter Flournoy, have grown our family business for over 53 years now.

Kate earned her Realtor’s license in 2010, and joined Investors’ Land Corporation the same year. Kate has earned her Associate Broker's license and is certified as a Senior Specialist. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Kate owned her own on-line retail business, where she honed her skills in marketing and sales, and provided exceptional customer service. Born and raised in Richmond, Kate currently live in Midlothian with her husband and two sons. When Kate is not selling houses, she volunteers her time managing a rescue program for Henrico Humane Society, where she also serves on the Board of Directors. Steve has spent his entire life in the Real Estate Industry. As the son of a builder in the Richmond Metro Area, he spent summers working job sites while earning a degree from Indiana University. Upon graduation Steve decided to obtain his Realtors License in 1992 and started by selling new construction homes. He began training to be a Real Estate Appraiser in the spring of 1995 and after the required two years of on the job training, obtained his Real Estate Appraisers license in 1997. While Appraising occupies most of his working hours, Real Estate Sales, Real Estate Investments and his family occupy the rest of his time.
